Introduction to LIC Women Career Agent Scheme
LIC, one of the largest and most reputable life insurance companies in India, has launched the Mahila Career Agent Scheme to empower women seeking financial independence. This unique initiative is part of LIC’s commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within its workforce while creating career opportunities for women.
Unlike traditional LIC agents, those enrolled in the Mahila Career Agent LIC program receive a fixed stipend for the first three years, alongside commissions earned from policy sales. This ensures a stable income, enabling women to embark on their professional journey with confidence
Fixed Stipend: Women receive a fixed stipend for the first three years of their career in addition to commissions.

Any woman aged 18 years or above and who has passed the 10th grade can apply for the Mahila Career Agent Scheme. You can also apply by filling out the form provided below
Once you apply, you will receive a call from Sanjay Bidani Sr Business Associate, 9810163087 who will assist you with the registration process in LIC.
After registration, you will undergo IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) training, followed by the IC 38 exam. Upon passing this exam, the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) will allot you a Mahila Career Agent code.
With this code, you can start your career both online and offline across India.

- 10th Class Passing Certificate(with your date of birth mentioned)
- Proof of Highest Educational Qualification
- Digital Signature
- Bank Details(Cancel Cheque, Bank Passbook, or Bank Statement)
Fees Required to Become a Mahila Career Agent in LIC
To apply for the Mahila Career Agent Scheme in LIC, you need to pay a total fee of ₹650, which includes:
- LIC Fee: ₹150
- IRDAI Exam Fee: ₹500
This fee covers the registration and examination required to become a licensed Mahila Career Agent
